Keely: Thanks for having me, Spiffy! We address two critical issues: the attitudinal, communicative, and physical barriers faced by disabled people in the workforce; and the global labor force shortages stemming from skill gaps, as education struggles to keep pace with the rapidly evolving future of work. Making Space’s overarching goal is to create careers for the most underrepresented and underestimated population globally—Disabled people—and to change the way the world views and defines disability.
Quanice: Thanks for having me, Spiffy. Our main goal is to make sure that everyone, no matter where they live or who they are, can enjoy and benefit from really good art classes. We know that art is super powerful—it helps people be more creative, brings communities together, and makes everyone feel better overall. We're working hard to make sure there are no obstacles for anyone who wants to be part of the community art scene.
Kasey: Thanks for having me, Spiffy. At Areto Labs, we've created software that moderates social media toxicity in sectors like sports, media, and entertainment. We’re also devoted to protecting democracy and have had many wonderful partnerships with government and non-profit organizations. Our innovative approach focuses on making digital spaces respectful and safe. We employ ethical moderation practices to minimize the harm caused by online abuse and harassment, ensuring the mental well-being of community members and moderators alike.
