Alak: Thanks, Spiffy! It’s so great to be here. At Elements Truffles, our goal is to bring awareness to the relationship we have with our food. Oftentimes, there is a sense of guilt associated with being able to truly enjoy food we love. And many a time, we are shocked to see the long ingredient list of simple everyday food, such as bread. This has resulted in us having a very complex relationship with food, which is the primary source of our physical and mental nourishment.
