Dave: Thanks for having me, Spiffy! Social Venture Partners Denver (SVP Denver) connects local nonprofits and social enterprises to the support, resources, and expertise they need to grow their impact. Each year we amplify the impact of dozens of organizations through mentor matching, targeted pro-bono consulting, expert-led training and funder connections—all at no cost to the organizations we support.
Nathan: Thanks for having me, Spiffy! In our big world playground, tough times can make people feel sad. "Hurt people hurt people." Everyone needs a safe place for love and help to release sadness. Healing is like sipping “Deep Water,” making hearts feel better, and spreading that good feeling. Imagine a world where everyone helps each other, spreading love and happiness, and bringing humanity together. As people learn to love themselves and others, they help the earth heal. Instead of just getting by, we can have the strength to give, create, and assist our earth in recovering. Deep Water Soul Care offers online sessions and outdoor adventures, using Internal Family Systems (IFS) and soul care for healing experiences in nature, helping people feel better.
Emily: Glad to be with you, Spiffy! For longer than many of us can remember, Afghanistan and the rest of the Middle East has been considered a war-torn region. Afghanistan has been in conflict for decades. We founded Rumi Spice to use spices to counteract that story. We direct source the highest quality spices from rural farmers and women in Afghanistan to help provide reliable wages and economic stability. We are on a mission to create connections to the vibrant culture of the Middle East, its delicious food, and its people.
